Arbi tikki recipe is a simple fasting recipe made with colocasia roots. It is the perfect tea time snack for a healthy start. The Colocasia root that is being used in this Recipe is rich in Vitamin A, Magnesium, Potassium etc., which makes it a perfect dish to include in a healthy diet.
- 250 grams arbi
- 3 to 4 tablespoons singhare ka atta
- 1 inch green chili + ½ ginger made into a paste
- 1 teaspoon ajwain
- sendha namak
How To Cook Arbi Tikki
Boil the arbi in a pressure cooker.
Peel them, add ajwain, atta, green chilli, ginger and salt.
Mash well and mix everything uniformly.
- Apply some oil on your palm and make some round balls and shape them in the form of tikkis.
- Fry them with some oil till golden brown on both sides.
Serve arbi tikki hot with green chutney or sweet chutney.
