  • 1½ cups spelt flour (or whole wheat)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 4 tbsp cold vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato (from about 1 medium)
