I don’t normally cook with heavy cream. It’s something I buy for special occasions or a particular recipe, and because I don’t cook with it often, I always, always, always have some leftover.

It seems like every time I open the fridge, it’s staring at me in the face just begging me to use it up. I get so flustered I just shut the door quickly and forget about what I needed in the first place. It’s a vicious cycle! With an eye toward being budget conscience (heavy cream is expensive), I set out to find recipes that can use that use it up.
